Internal Family System

Internal Family System is an integrative model created by Richard Schwartz, the model is based on the idea of having many personalities within ourselves, each personality has its own characteristics and point of view. The concept is best described by Rumi; “This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they are a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honourably..Be grateful for whatever comes. because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.”

In our workshop we will explore the members of our internal families. Using diversify art modalities, painting, drama and writing. We’ll get explore the reasons of their presence, their attitudes and point views.
