For the first time you will paint with No artistic skills required. Mark making on a white piece of paper is in a way or another as mark making in life, which we all strive! In fact, both require daring and courage.

This program is designed to :

• Support you unleash your creative self

• Set you free from the bondage of art full of should and shouldn’t, of do and don’t.

• Help you unlock your creative blocks and enables you to play with colors.

• Help you retain the joy of kid’s scribbling and channeling the energy into the piece of paper.

Through this exciting journey you will:

• Awaken the artist within

• Find your own unique style in painting.

• Learn a lot about both yourself and painting techniques.

• Connect with shapes, colors, and movement of everything in your inner and outer worlds

• Express your full range of emotions through colorful movements and textures.

The program also will include meditation, movement and creative writing.

The program will be held through different platforms including zoom, what’s app group and Facebook group.
